Terms of cooperation
LLP “ALACON” presents the following shopping rules:
1. Cooperation is carried out both with physical and legal persons. To make purchases you need to register in the online store.
2. To order goods, you need to add them to the basket and issue a request for delivery. Be sure to check the correctness and completeness of the specified information: product name, size and quantity, name and details of the buyer, the recipient, the method of delivery, etc.
3. After sending the application on the site you will receive an email with a list of ordered goods – we kindly ask you to check the composition and number of items in order to avoid inaccuracies and misunderstandings.
4. The order is processed within 2-3 working days. After the store manager confirms the availability of the goods in the warehouse, the manager will call you to confirm your order.
5. Payment of invoices is recommended to be made within 3-5 working days from the receipt. In case of delay in payment, you should inform the manager of the period in which the transfer of funds is planned. The transfer to the settlement account takes place within 1-3 working days.
6. Orders are formed individually, strictly for a specific customer, after placing an order in the system, further changes and editing is possible only with the participation of the manager.
7. Shipment of products is made by own forces on conditions of self-export, or forces of the transport company chosen by you the next business day or on the specified date.
8. The minimum amount of the first order is 30 000 tenge, all subsequent – from 20 000 tenge. If the amount of the order is reduced due to the lack of some items in the warehouse, we will in any case send it immediately after payment. The overpaid amount is subject to return within 3 banking days.
9. Claims on the quality and completeness of the goods are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt. The buyer must provide a complete description of the problem and pictures of the products received. Claim processing takes 1-2 working days.
10. Updating the assortment and assembling orders are made daily on working days. Shipment of the goods and customer support is available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 hours (Astana time).
